594355230 | 2014-03-07 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was capable of production equipped with 4.5 inch casing reduced to 2 inches open flowing through a logically controlled valve with 205 psi on the casing. Production equipment included a 100bbl tank, a vertical separator, a 2 inch meter with a .75 inch orifice and no chart recorder on site. All valves were open at the well head, flow line and sales line. Identification was present and production records up to date. Site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A. |
