-1619347505 2013-10-15 The producing unit consists of a wellhead and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is enclosed in a chain-link fence and consists of a concoil unit. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator. Secondary containment and spacing are passable. The unit ID placard is not readable. The tank lids have been left open. Broad Street has been advised about the issue.
-1938262897 2012-09-05 I observed the wellhead to be located approximately 300 feet north of Warner Road. The wellhead is located within a chain link style enclosure which is not locked. Well identification is not present at the wellhead. The wellhead consists of a typical valve stem with a mechanical plunger lift device. The well appears to be producing. The valving and mechanicals otherwise appear to be in fair condition. The associated tank battery (TB) is located approximately 100 feet towards the road, and consists of two 210-barrel (BBL) production tanks, one 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator and associated valving and mechanicals. The TB is enclosed with a 6-foot chain link type fence. There is a gate which is not locked. There is some vegetation growth within the diked area. The dike appears to be adequate. The are no spark arrestors, low-pressure relief valves (LPVs) or carbon filters associated with the tanks. The interior spacing appears good. I observed oily staining around the load outs and around the brine tank. There is identification on the tank which is legible. The load out valves are not locked. There is a small pump house shed adjacent to, and north of, the TB. Inside the pump shed is a pump which is running and attached to the production lines. There are two unlabeled 55-gallon drums outside the shed. The mechanicals look good in the is area and I did not observe any signs of leakage or gas.

352437746 2012-09-05 I observed the wellhead to consist of a typical vertical valve stem with a mechanical plunger lift. The wellhead is located within a 6-foot, chain link enclosure, which is unlocked. There is no identification at the wellhead. I did not observe any evidence of leakage of oil, gas, or brine at the wellhead. The tank battery (TB) is located 100 feet south. The TB is comprised of one, 110-barrel (BBL) production tank, one, 50 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The TB is enclosed within a 6-foot, chain link fence which is unlocked. The dike appears to be adequate. I did observe some brine scalding around the load out valves; otherwise, there was no evidence of leakage of oil or gas at the TB. I observed the tank lids to be open. There is legible identification at the TB. The spacing within the TB is good. I called Luke at Braodstreet and asked him to add the locks and check the valving for leaks.
