-459868629 | 2013-06-11 | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was weathered and not capable of meeting containment requirements. There was a 4" PVC drain through the dike with no cap or valve. There were plugs on the 4" and 2" load lines. The proper identification sign was posted. A 7 day production chart was contained in the separator. The lease road was in good condition. I called Larry Lower, at 216-570-8708. I told him to build a new dike and install a cap or valve on the end of the PVC drain. | ||||
