-1405965212 2012-07-31 I accompanied inspector Bill Stolarik and well owner Will Wade and Bill and I explained to Will the steps needed to become compliant with the current laws. We gave Will registration papers and instructed him to get his wells registered and bonded.
-1738339728 2012-07-31 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment present, 8.1875 surface casing, 2 tubing & pumping rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. A single 100 barrel tank is present and being shared by several wells in the direct area owned by the same producer. Inspector will note that a meeting between Inspectors Andrew Corder and Bill Stolarik took place on this day with the producer Will Wade. Mr. Wade was presented with a commercial producer ownership packet and instructed to get registered and bonded and to clean up the 7 well sites and bring them into compliance.
