I met with Artex on site. There was an issue about old casing at edge of pad. The company would run tubing in and cemented back to surface. The casing was 4.5and did not match up with no old well. Columbus confirmed this with the coordinates of 39.82136, -81.83427.

Artex has pit open and checked chlorides and they were at 400 pppm. The pit was squeezed out once and filled up with ice and fresh water. Weather permitting they will start drilling in Morgan county and utilize the water for the rig. They will then reclaim the site. The pit will be monitored until then. Preliminary restoration did not pass on day of inspection.

Preliminary Restoration did not pass on 4-14-14. The pit is open with rain water present. There are 2-500 barrel tanks that are on site for placing water and closing the pit. The reclamation will be completed then by company. I taked to Company and they stated that by the 1st of May they will be reclaiming site.

Killbarger rig 17 ran 8.625casing to depth of 1536' of 23lb/ft range 3 casing. The 11 open hole was drilled to depth of 1576'. No centrilizers. Ran shoe and placed insert at 1494'. Universal ran 250 sacks in lead of Class A cement with 2%gel and 2%CaCl with 1/3 lb of cello flake per sack. The tail is 150 sacks of Class A cement at 3%CaCl and 1/3 lb per sack of cello flake.

Killbargers rig 17 drilled a 7.875 open hole with a drillers depth of 6846'. The loggers total depth is at 6851'. Artex set range 3 pipe at total depth of 6830'. The shoe and baffle was ran. Centrilizers were ran at joint 1, 3 , 7 , 9 , 11 , 13. Universal ran 150 sacks of Regular Class A cement at 10%salt, 2lb /sack of W-60, .5% CFL-2, .5% of TI-2. 800' of fill up was ran.
