208632500 | 2014-02-12 | I inspected this and found that the well consisted of a electrically operated Churchhill pump jack with 1.5" tubing inside 4.5" casing. The well head was comprised of the associated plumbing and fittings. The pump jack was operating during my inspection and I did not any extraordinary noise associated with its operation. The stubbing box was covered with paraffin which needed to be removed. I called George Strawn ( Everflow Eastern) and told him to clean off the paraffin before it hit the ground. He said He would comply. The Bassack # 3 - D shares a tank battery with the Bassack #1 ( #2603 ) and Bassack # 2-D (# 2774) which consists of a 100 Bbl. Stock tank , 35 Bbl. Poly Brine tank and 2408 Horizontal separator. | ||||
