Inspection this day found well producing. Tank has good ID's, \good dike/pit. This well was not showing up on old maps - when Mike McCormac and I met with Jim Williams, Mike assigned 2 new numbers for these 2 wells, not knowing there was this well. This well needs put on Jim Williams bond, and the #66198 needs deleted or at least taken off Jim's bond to straighten up this confusion. Will send to Columbus.

Inspection this day found area still needing clean-up, grass growing on slope downhill and in area of saltwater kill, oil still in pit area, dike has been rebuilt but still not high enough and not solid enough to hold a spill.

Inspection this day found lease in much better condition, dike had been rebuilt and was holding fresh water this day, no sign of oil in it, but many days have passed to heal the damage done earlier this summer. Grass has been sown and is growing downhill from the dike, still some logs from the saltwater kill downhill which should be removed. No violations at this time - ID's on tank good.

My conversation with Eric Bruner, owner of the well, regarding bonding/insurance and registering as owner. Bruner Land Co has a slightly unusual situation so suggested he call Erica to go over requirements. Said he will call her today - gave him information and permit number to follow thru.

My inspection due to call from Mrs. Francis Taylor regarding a letter that she received, telling her she must sell her 1/16th royalty on this property that Bruner Land Co. has purchased. She did not understand why she had to sell and I told her to contact a lawyer. This well was owned by the previous landowner, Elmer Hendricks and used for house gas all it's lifetime. Well should show up as Hendricks the owner, the well status as DM and should now be transferred to Bruner and the well tied to the deed.
