-1508545980 2014-06-19 I inspected this producing unit as part of regular site check and inspection activity. The well was completed on 1/28/2006. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger lift system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked chain-link enclosure. The 8 5/8 casing is valved to surface but not gauged. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located adjacent to the wellhead, behind the maintenance shop office. The battery is comprised of 3 steel 100-barrel production tanks, and a 3 horizontal separators, which are shared with the #2-1878 and #2-1879 units. The battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. There is process safety equipment in use (carbon filter, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor). The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. The area of the well is generally level with a slight topographic drop to the southeast. Surface drainage is towards a small creek which travserses the rear of the maintenance shop. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. Access to the unit is afforded byentry to the Canterbury Golf Club off of Halburton Rd. There is no designated access routes or roadway for the well. Beyond the area cleared for the wellhead and tank battery, the area is occupied by the Canterbury Golf Club, the grounds of which are comprised of golf course and clubhouse. The wellhead and battery are located near the maintenance shop. The general landscaping and appearance of the well and battery is good and well maintained.
