A follow-up inspection to Notice of Violation and Compliance Agreement Schedule revealed non-compliance. Plugging permits have been received for both McGlaughlin wells (Permit No. 352 & 353). The well status remains unchanged. The well does not contain a pumping unit. The valve on casing side of well was observed closed and attached section of plasic cut. No identification observed at well or tanks (shared tank battery). The 2" steel line from pumping tee side of well transitions into 2" plastic. At 100 bbl (with knockout) the line was disconnected inside at union fitting. No connections from well into tank or knockout. Chieftain Energy has failed to meet the agreed deadline. Will talk with management regarding further action.
