-853328349 | 2013-02-06 | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery was surrounded by the proper dike. It contained two, 100 barrel production tanks and two separators. There were locks and plug on all of the load lines. The proper identification sign was posted. The separators were locked and contained 7 day production charts. A domestic gas line came off a separator. This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-1576. The lease road was part of the paved housing development. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. | ||||
