1383060983 | 2013-10-29 | Follow up to 1619529491. Met with Supervisor and producers in the Zanesville office and discussed Urban Fencing requirements. The well owners were able to produce written documentation stating the house near the well is uninhabited and the landowners do not intend to occupy the house in the near future. Therefore it was determined the Health and Safety aspects of the Urban requirements shall not apply at this time. If the house becomes inhabited the requirements shall be enacted. We also discussed future Health and Safety regulations concerning electrical line requirements. |
