The inspection revealed that the lease road has been graded. The vault and production tanks have been removed and the area has been graded, seeded, and mulched. I was not able to contact the landowner this date.

Inspection conducted at the request of Tom Tugend. Inspection revealed well and pumping unit is grown over. Unit has an electric motor on it and it appears to be capable of production. I inspected the well location with Jeff Fry. The well was located and was found to be incapable of production. There was a pump jack on the well, however it was very apparent that it has not been produced for some time. There was a significant amount of undergrowth and small saplings growing up around and in the pumping unit.

The inspection reveled that the roadway has been restored to the landowner's satisfaction. All of the pits are filled. The production tanks have been removed and the affected area has been properly graded, seeded, and mulched. The production line has remained buried with the landowners permission. I witnessed the plugging operations today. Mike Wheeler is plugging the well. 10 tons of fireclay was set on the Clinton. The 4 inch production casing was ripped at 2575 feet and pulled.
