1398940324 | 2013-01-14 | The producing unit is comprised of the following elements: a tank battery with two 100 barrel (BBL) tanks, an in-ground brine tank, a mechanical separator, and a wellhead valve assembly. A mechanical plunger lift is affixed to the wellhead valve assembly. The tank battery and wellhead are enclosed in separate, 6-foot board-on-board enclosures. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. The tank battery secondary containment is adequate. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The gates and loadouts are locked. |
