-1107934349 | 2013-02-12 | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank. It was surrounded by the proper dike. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a 16 day production chart. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good, stable condition and shared by permit numbers 2-2339 and 2-2340. It had a locked gate at the entrance. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. | ||||
