1406561579 2014-07-28 Compliance Notice Follow-up 1987093481: The operator still has not removed the two tanks which have leak issues. The 100bbl tank is empty however the 50 bbl is still full of rainwater. I will come back on compliance due date for another follow-up.
1987093481 2014-07-15 The well is equipped with a pumpjack and there is a 210 bbl, 100bbl, and a 50 bbl tank in the dike. There is a separator with a current chart and good identification. The 100 bbl tank is leaking at the bottom and the 50 bbl tank has holes on the side. It is also full 3/4 full of water. There is old contamination around the base of the wellhead. I talked to Greg Allen and he said they just put in the 210 bbl tank and plan on removing the other two tanks. He is not currently using the leaking tanks and will have someone out to empty the 50 bbl. He will also clean up the wellhead and bring in some fresh dirt. 9-1-07
