-1070022981 2013-09-09 Upon inspection, I found the well was shut in and it was no longer hooked up for annular disposal. The lines were disconnected from the wellhead and there was no motor on the pumpjack. There was a compressor and toolbox adjacent to the wellhead and when I talked with Andy he stated the well in bad shape and would not be able to pass a mechanical integrity test. There was a transfer tank adjacent to the wellhead where there was some minor contamination outside of the dike. Operator must clean up contamination outside of the dike and restore vegetative growth. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days. 9-1-07

-358828667 2013-12-09 Compliance Action Follow-up -1070022981: The tank up by the AD well has been removed and is now at the top of the access road. The well is still idle and Rusty Hutson stated they are most likely going to apply for a plugging permit. The ground is too wet for any restoration at this time, so I will continue to monitor their progress.
