-809700181 2014-05-13 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well was in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank, and a separator. A dike surrounded the production tank. An identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart inside the separator. Locked, chain link fences surrounded the production equipment and well. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
