-1148925038 | 2014-05-13 | I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well was in production. The well was equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, two, 50 barrel, poly brine tanks and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. An identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart on the sales line. A locked, chain link fence surrounded the production equipment. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. | ||||
