It was surrounded by a weathered dike and not capable of meeting containment requirements. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing and had a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate and share with permit number 2-1561. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. The production record were up to date on our database. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708. I instructed him to have a need dike built by 2/22/2013. | ||||
