Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production and is currently producing. RBDMS shows that production records have not been submitted for this well since 2011. I spoke with Steve Holden of North East Fuel Co. and he stated that production records were submitted for 2013. North East Fuel Co. is under new ownership and management as of April 2012, and it has become evident that the transfer of ownership is not complete. They are currently working toward resolving this issue.

According to 1501:NONE_ /1509:.062A if there is no production, the well shall be plugged or placed in temporary inactive status until production problems have been resolved. This well was also cited for Urban Rules violations. These violations have been removed at this time.
