1031772 | 2012-09-17 | I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a pumping unit that was in good condition and the proper identification was posted. The tank battery contained two, 210 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit number 2-0878. The production equipment had the proper spacing, the pits were closed, all debris had been removed, and the site graded and seeded. The well had the proper dike built. There are no violations at this time. | ||||
