-570947519 2011-11-04 Well is a rabbit well and is shut in at this time. E-mail sent to the operator requesting status of the well.
1371147089 2013-05-07 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The well and tank battery are surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The identification sign needs updated. The well has not shown production since 2008. The valves on the wellhead are shut in. The well tender for Enervest Charlie, told me the flow line has a hole in it. Notification was sent to Mr McDaniel about the notice. Well must be produced within 90 days or plugged within 180 days of this notice. NONE
