My inspection this day found well producing with pumping unit, valves are open. Good identification at well and tank, current chart in meter. RESOLVED

Inspection this day due to complaint of idle well by landowner, Kim McDermott. This well is very far back in and found jack, overgrown with vines and briars and no motor - very obviously idle. Production records show it only produced in 1991 and is a shallow Macksburg oil well. Wilson says he will get a rig on this summer. Also landowner complained that no meter for wells on lease - Bob was putting one on tomorrow as Constitution was estimating gas production all these years (was actually measuring other wells around and leaving the balance from the master meter for this lease). This well needs ID's, to be put back in operation. Also complaint that they were not getting free gas, Wilson told them what to do to get it, and complained about lines not buried on the ground. Bob will figure out what is not being used and remove them. Bob just took over leases in Fall last year and has steadily been working to improve them - I will continue to monitor his work. 7/2/2012 - Good ID's posted at well and tank, well producing with pumping unit, valves open.
