At the time of my inspection the cable toool rig was moved off the well in preparation for service rig and power swivel to move on the well to drill into the Trenton. The 4" casing was reduced to 2" with a valve and shut in. No guage on well to detrmine pressure.

At the time of my inspection a Barry Well Service rig and power swivel was set up on the well to drill into the Trenton. Blow out preventor was fitted on 4" casing.

On site for cementing in of surface casing. Franklin Gas and Oil cable tool rig and PetroSet Cementing. Four separate fractures encountered during drilling (66'-68', 270'-272', 276'-280', and 290'-292'). 464' of 7" casing was set with baskets at 31' and 55'. Gas show at 387' and gas bubbling between surface casing and conductor casing. Circulation established before running cement and maintained during cement job (150 sacks Class A) but no cement returns to surface. Topped off with 40 sacks from surface that circulated cement around backside of conductor casing. Cement dropped back between 7" and conductor. Operator will tag cement and determine if further cement is needed.

At the time of my inspection all pits have been filled and the area around the well has been graded for farm use. The well has 460 psi of gas pressure and FRANKLIN GAS & OIL CO LLC is waiting for a sales line to be ran to the well. Preliminary Restoration Passed.
