-1376117937 2014-06-04 I was on location for a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the plunger lift unit was in production. I noticed a section of chain link fencing leaning against the plunger and two other sections lying in the grass. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production equipment. A bull plug was installed on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. A chain link fence surrounded the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition.

I called Petrox and instructed the supervisor to: Remove the fencing at the well. I told Petrox a follow-up inspection found be conducted by 6/17/2014.
