The operator stated they would service and produce the well by Spring 2014. No work has been completed at the location. The well needs to be plugged and the location restored by 12/20/14.

The landowner, Mrs. Biddinger, advised that there are 2 rabbits lost down the well during drilling or servicing of the well. The well is not in production and needs to be serviced or plugged. The company has taken no action on the well at this time. ID needs to be posted and the tank battery maintained by April 18, 2013. Remove or repair defective equipment at the tank battery and place the well into production or plug the well by June 18, 2013.
