-533523750 | 2013-02-12 | On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 50 barrel brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the tank battery and proper identification was posted. There was an area of contaminated soil around the well head that was approximately 6' to 7' in diameter. Peat moss had been spread on the spill. All contaminated soil must be removed from the affected area. | 9-1-07 |
