1192027772 2008-10-28 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the well and the tank battery. I walked around the wellhead and the tank battery and found both to be in good shape. The ID sign was posted. There were no violations at this time.
234648861 2012-01-25 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of two 210 barrel stock tanks, a concrete underground brine storage tank and a separator. The thief hatches were closed and there were bull plugs installed in the draw valves. The dike was free of vegetation and debris. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates on the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time.
