-688328549 2013-08-07 This is a pump jack well. There are no apoparent problems at time of inspection.
-908668840 2014-05-30 Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, and a drip located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Some identification information is written on the electric box at the wellhead, but it is incomplete and needs replaced. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of the need for complete identification at the wellhead and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
