10768846 2014-08-07 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a 30bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, a drip and a 1.5 inch Honeywell rotary meter with a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the closed position at the wellhead. Well identification was present and the site passed preliminary restoration according ORC 1509.072A.
1369945039 2013-05-30 On the day of my inspection I witnessed four barrel of cement returns on the 9.625" casing, the pit was constructed and the liner was in place from the pit to the well head.
1370028635 2013-05-31 On the day of my inspection I witnessed the rig crew for G & L Drilling running new seven inch surface casing in the well bore, Formation Cementing was on location waiting to cement.
