-769418378 | 2013-11-26 | This well was reported P & A on 08/19/1982. Cement plugging was performed over three interval, 1354 to 1200 feet (Berea), 870 to 500 (Big Injun), and 400 to surface. No casing was recovered prior to plugging this well. There was a Chief's Order issued (# 88-457) on March 18, 1988 telling Mitchell Energy to suspend annular disposal on several of their wells including this one. Since the well was plugged six years earlier, I think the state erroneously issued a AD cease order for annular disposal on this well. | ||||
