Inspection this day found all saltwater-contaminated ground has grown back nicely and one cannot tell where kill area was EXCEPT for few ruts in area 2' x 3' close to dike surrounding tanks. Well is still not producing, as meter pulled by Dominion, but Operator has made an offer to landowner to sell well and tanks to him - waiting to hear - Tank area still has water in it but is fresh, tanks still have not been removed but may be sold. Does pass inspection this day.

Talked with Heinrich - he is still waiting to hear if landowner wants to buy well, but said he is taking the tanks out if he keeps it, but has been too wet to get to.

Inspection this day was for plugging well. No tank or other equipment present, just hole full of fluid (water). Bottom plug set and after heated discussion, casing was ripped after free point found. Carl did not want to remove any of the 4.5", as was reportedly cemented to surface and has no surface casing.

Inspection this day found location has been reclaimed, location not real smooth but can probably pass, no equipment left, seeded and mulched, no grass growing yet but has come back around the edges already.

Grass growing ba ck nicely due to continually wet weather - could use more lime in a few spots, tanks still need moved and pad area cleaned up.
