1185755695 2004-09-09 The tank battery is shared with permits 1339 and 1340 and consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 1-100 bbl salt water tank, 1-separator and a dike that is low on the east side.
288905177 2007-09-20 I performed a random well inspection. GPS'd both the well and the tank battery. ID sign posted. Tank battery was in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
427540781 2012-01-31 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of two 210 barrel stock tanks, one 100 barrel brine storage tank and one separator. The thief hatches were closed and there were bull plugs installed in the draw valves. The dike was low on the east side. The tank battery is shared with permits 1339 and 1340. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. I called Greg New (330-284-1595), of Dorfman Production, to request that the issue with the dike wall be addressed.
