1365086540 2013-04-04 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve was open. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 35 BBL poly brine tanks, and a mechanical separator. One of the 35 BBL poly brine tanks has a damaged top and was not plumbed into any other tank. I contacted the well tender to have the tank removed. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The area has been graded, seeded, and vegetation has established. Preliminary restoration has passed.
