1201723678 2008-01-30 I witnessed cementing and plugging of the well. I found no violations at this time.
1226250756 2008-11-06 I called Joe Glista from Energy Resources of America. There is some problem with the landowner not wanting to sign the wavier. I told Mr. Glista that I would not pass the final restoration until I received the wavier.
1226580631 2008-11-13 I performed a final restoration status check. The pit was closed. The casing was cut off. Top soil put back. The steel line was left in. A wavier was signed. The lease road to the well and tank battery were taken out. All the production equipment was removed. This well has PASSED FINAL RESTORATION.
374431725 2008-01-25 I witnessed the cementing of the bottom plug. I GPS'd the well for the first and last time. There were no violations at this time.
