1177759272 2013-07-05 My inspection showed no evidence of the well or line associated with this permit number. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation(cornfield) has been re-established. I spoke with the land owner and he agreed that the site had been restored to an acceptable condition, and he has not encountered buried line in the process of farming. The lease road is being maintained for PR well #34133239850000. While travelling along Horning Rd in the area, I found the tank bearing this permit name and number (Hall #3, 21925) sitting unused beside active tanks for well #34133217330000 (Rafferty #1) (see attached photos). Final restoration passed.
