The leak caused oil to run down over the tanks and make a contaminated spot. The spot is approximately 20x20. The company placed wood pete on the area. From when the company obtained ownership of the well there is a gap of production from 2005-2011. Place tanks 36appart and cleanup and remove contaminated soil. Tanks will be diked up to 110 percent of the capacity of the combinded tanks.Plug or produce well. Place id at well head and at tanks. Failure to comply may result in Bond Forfeiture. The company has 10 days on the tank clean up and 30 days on the well to get in compliance.
