1925529160 | 2013-06-11 | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and two separators. One of the separators was the property of Dominion Gas. The dike was completely weathered on the western side of the tank battery. There were plugs in the 4" and 2" load lines. The separator contained a 7 day production chart. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good, stable condition and shared with permit number 2-3796. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708 and told him to repair the dike. | ||||
