-736378399 2010-10-20 I witnessed this surface cement job today.
191684407 2013-08-28 during my inspection found water standing around the well head and between the conductor and 8 inch. Teat found the water to be brine. The 4 inch seemed to be leaking around the threads. Called Knox energy to notify them.
62424589 2013-08-26 Well is equipped with a motor and a pumping unit and proves capable of production. All drilling equipment has been removed and vegetation has been restored. Water is coming up around casing implying a potential leak. Inspector Mark McCombs has been informed and has contacted the company. Identification can be found at the tank battery. Tank battery consists of one 100 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Restoration passes.
