Inspection this day found well tied into line but may not be producing, 55-gal drum with hose leading into it has been knocked over and oil laying spilled on ground, needs cleaned up, no surface casing and open, water can be seen along side the 4 1/2" production and gas bubbling up, needs repaired, ID's says belongs to C. Heinrich, on his bond?, needs changed in computer. Probably needs NOV but will contact operater and ask to clean up.

Inspection this day found service rig on location - oil had leaked outside surface casing on this well for some time - this day pulling well (has 2 packers in it) and running 2 7/8" back in to produce - hopefully will help some of the oily mess around the well. They are excited as well already looking very good!

Inspection this day found well in production, well head hooked into gas line and can hear gas moving, pumping into 55 gal drum and it has turned over, spilling oil. ID's at well say Cline #2 and Heinrich as owner, tank says Heinrich and says Lafyette Cline #1, #2, and #3. Needs cleaned up and added to bond.

Wayne National Forest requests I write NOV on this well - Carl went in and reworked back in the Fall or late Summer - torn up a lot of ground and has never came back in to smooth out and reseed. They have asked him numerous times and asked if I could do anything. Had service rig on location to repair casing in well as was leaking on the backside and creating a mess on ground.
