Inspection this day found well producing, current chart in meter, tank has very poor ID's, no dike, can hear water running thru separator.

Talked with Keith Wagner today after talking with John Schneider. Keith was concerned that operator putting Wagner oil in tank containing and labeled Long lease. Stonebridge said several years ago they stopped using Wagner tanks as landowner built a new house in front of and could no longer get to tanks so at that time, put oil in Long tank - should have changed tank at that time. Also complaining about 1000' of gas line not buried from Long #2 to tank on back side of their property - Stonebridge said they had every intention of burying line but Keith kept calling the Sheriff and they couldn't get any work done. Now in hands of the attorneys and no work will be done until settled in court.

Well is equipped for production with a pumping unit and an electric motor. There are no belts on the going from the motor to the gear box on the pumping unit. The valve is closed on the production tee. Tank battery is shared with permit # 3845. It consists of 2 100 barrel tanks and a separator. Accompanied by landowner Mr. Randy Wagner.
