-1066074091 | 2014-03-07 | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was a domestic gas line coming off the 4.5" casing at the well. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. The dike was slightly, weathered dike; however, it meets containment requirements. The proper identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was properly installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. All of the production equipment spacing was in compliance. The lease road was in stable condition and share with permit number 2-3116 with a closed gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
