An inspection revealed that the steel flowline will need to be removed. The flowline was observed above ground near the well site routed alongside the lease road. Approximately 200 feet was observed. Three sections of pit liner were also observed above ground and will need to be cut. Vegetation was observed to be growing along the lease road and the well site. The company, RC Poling has previously stated that he would obtain a landowner waiver for the flowline. To date, a waiver has not been received for this restoration.

Around the well site, sections of black pit liner were observed above ground. Debris such as, cuttings and plastic buckets (3) were observed along a steep embankment. A 210 bbl tank located at tank battery contained an ID for Camp Akita #6-A well was found and will need to be removed. The well site lacks a sufficient amount of vegetation. Mr. Dick Poling was contacted by telephone and states that the Camp wanted the flowline for fence posts. Further stating that they were happy with the FR. He was informed that a landowner waiver would be required.
