An inspection of this well was conducted with Brandon Mitchell and Jeff Fry, in response to a landowner request alleging that the Coakley #4 was idle. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was equipped and showed signs of recent production. The well was routed to a shared tank battery, which consisted of (2) 100 bbl tanks with knockout, separator and plastic saltwater tank. New and complete identification will be required. At 2:58 PM, the well owner, Mr. Guy Dugan was notified of inspection results. Mr. Dugan had the #3 and #4 locations switched. If the #4 were to be placed back into production, ID would also be required for the well.
