-1019256355 2007-10-30 I witnessed the plugging of the bottom stage of the 4 1/2" casing. And witnessed the pulling out of the hole with the 2 3/8" tubing. I found no violations at this time.
-1728385231 2004-04-15 The tank battery is shared with permits 1753 and 2146 and consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank , 1-separator and shared buried concrete salt water tank and dike.
-1746847203 2007-10-29 I performed a plugging inspection. The rig had just moved in. GPS'd the wellhead and the tank battery. I found no violations at this time.
-2074428905 2008-04-29 I performed a final restoration status check. The pits are closed and the debris is gone. The tank battery has another well that feeds into it. All the production equipement has been removed. The lease road has been put back into grass. Vegetation is growing. This well has PASSED FINAL RESTORATION.
1193853619 2007-10-31 I performed a plugging rig inspection. Pit liner was in. No fluid was going under pit liner. There were no violations at this time.
