119869487 | 2013-09-04 | The producing unit consists of a wellhead with valve system connection to Dominion metering run. No other appurtenances noted. There is not a visible ID placard. The wellhead and metering run are in a chain-link enclosure. I contacted the well tender and advised him of the need for a compliant ID placard. | ||||
1404758294 | 2014-07-07 | Inpected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity and also as a follow-up to my last inspection. At that time I had observed that there was no identification placard. There is now a placard as requested. The unit is comprised of a wellhead valve assembly with valve run and fluid knock-outs and drip collection appurtenances. The well is connected to a Dominion metering and valve run, which is co-located within the chain-link enclsoure. I did not observe any signs of leakage, or other problems. The gate is locked. The well is located within a single-family, suburban residential community. The area around the wellhead is primarily turf grass which is well tended. |
