-1747838083 2008-10-24 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I walked around both the tank battery and the wellhead and found both to be in good shape. There were no violations at this time.

288403513 2012-02-27 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well is equipped with a pumping unit and connects to a tank battery that consists of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one 30 barrel poly brine storage tank, one separator, and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time.
