Attempt was made to blow well down in preparation to plug but it was producing good volumes of gas and started coming on oil. The company contacted the landowner and he decided to take the well over. He may sell gas to two large buildings nearby. Change of ownership should come thru soon. Frank Williams will be new owner.

Inspection this day found well idle, no ID's, no tank. Well has frac valve, closed, tubing with a plug, regulator at well like someone had got house gas but all valves shut now. Triad recently acquired these 2 wells from Southeastern Oil and they have not produced in long time. Needs NOV.
