Follow-up on NOV, In-Compliance. Spoke with Mrs. Hivnor, she felt more remedial work needs done. She said there was a line leaking on plastic tank, unable to find leak. And there is water under the valve on the production tank (approx. 1 to 2 gals). Company dug hole under valve checking tank and cleaning up oily material then filled in with gravel. Dike area is reasonable free and clean 1501:9-9-05(9) Dike Maintenance.

Joey Altier called to say landowner, Allen Hivnor, was out mowing last night (after dark) and hit and pierced the sales line. Allen had called Joey last night at 7 PM and told him about it. The well was shut down and Altier indicated approximately a 2' square area was impacted. Will check site when time allows.
