-882844901167866 2005-04-18 The well is located on the property of Ken Hoot. Mr. Hoot said the well was last operated by the bankrupt Cygnet Oil & Gas Co. There was a gas leak hissing between the 4 & 8 inch casing. The well will be submitted to the I&O program. The well will be designated as OW-2.
1149591890 2006-06-02 Plug well. Open hole to 1280 feet. Three inch casing on packer cemented into 6 inch casing to about 350 feet. Run tubing and pump Class A cement thoruogh tubing.
1149599973 2006-06-06 Cement was pumped into well on 6/2/06 and witnessed by inspector Tom Benko. Cement did not circulate to top on that day. Operator found cement at 231 feet after it dried. Additional cement was added on this day by gravity feeding into the 3 1/2 inch pipe which has been cut off 4 feet below ground elevation. Cement filled 3 1/2 inch pipe to surface. There was old cement between the 6 inch pipe and 3 1/2 inch pipe. The remaining cement on the truck will be used to plug well 34-173-61130-0000 on this day.
